Unit 3 Activity 2 - Mobilizing - Finding the right team
The key to organizing the right group to lead a blended-learning project is first to match the problem to the type of team that can bring about the level of change the teacher or team desires. At this point, you do not need to know exactly what model of blended learning the teachers want to deploy or what the design of the program will be. But you do need to have a sense of the scope of the change that your teachers want to realize.
