1. Using the observation tool/survey tool you chose/created in the last unit (Unit 1 Assignment 2) apply this engagement measure with students. Summarize the results and your learning in 3-5 paragraphs and mail it to the class instructor.  Label it Engage Unit 2 Assignment 1 and be sure to include your name.

2a. Alternative: Your assigned book Eight Myths of Student Disengagement has a section "Text-to-Practice" from Chapter 3 (see Activity 2 above). Choose one of these activities (TPE 3.1, 3.2, or 3.3). Write 3-5 paragraphs describing what you learned and mail it to the class instructor. Be sure to identify which Text-to-Practice activity you are using. Label it Engage Unit 2 Assignment 2 and be sure to include your name.
